Each person who would like to attend the conference should register on-line. In order to register, please click the Register button and follow the instructions.

Abstract submission is possible only after the registration process is completed. To submit the abstract, please log in to the system. In order to log in to the system, please give your e-mail address and password and click the Log in button. Please note that only registered participants can log into the system.

On-line registration will be open till October 2nd, 2014.

The amount of the conference fee depends on the date when payment is received.

 

Payment methods

Credit card (on-line payment)

  • after logging in to the registration system click Pay on-line link
  • tick the amount of registration fee and click Pay on-line button. There will be automatic transfer to the payment system (Polcard)

2.

Bank transfer

Bank transfer data is available at the registration confirmation sent to your email. It can also available in the registration system. To get the bank transfer data follow the instruction:

  • after logging in to the registration system click Edit registration fees link
  • choose Payments and invoices tab. You will find there bank transfer data
  • bank transfer title should include the name of the participant and the conference name

Invoices

The invoice is issued only after the payment is made.
If a pro-forma invoice is needed, please contact Conferences office by email to: cbin@adm.uj.edu.pl. Please, indicate the name of the conference in the e-mail title.

 

Cancellation Policy

Deadlines and fees for cancellation of your completed booking:

  • Cancellation before 20th September 2014: full refund minus the banking charges.
  • Cancellation after 20th September 2014: no refund.

Please note that all cancellations have to be confirmed in writing to: cbin@adm.uj.edu.pl.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
